Patrick Prince is a corporate trainer and management consultant specializing in workplace violence prevention, “for cause” drug testing, conflict resolution, workplace substance abuse, trauma response, and other related occupational health and safety issues. Combining a solid academic background with decades of ‘real-world’ experience, Mr. Prince is able to assess risk and craft intervention strategies that allow the client to effectively address difficult situations as fast as safely possible.
Patrick has consulted on more than 1,500 cases of threatening situations or acts of violence in the workplace for clients including numerous Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. These cases include a wide array of situations ranging from hostile intimidation, harassment and verbal threats to physical assaults, acts of sabotage, felony stalking, discharging firearms in the workplace, active shooter response, and on-the-job homicide.
